WAPDA Disposal Tender Notice — Sale of Vehicles, Scrap & Unserviceable Material (ePADS)

Issuer: Office of Chief Engineer / DG (Purchase & Disposal), WAPDA, Sunny View, Kashmir Road, Lahore.

Purpose: Invitation to bid for disposal/sale of scrap, unserviceable material and vehicles on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Multiple lots (vehicles, tyres, batteries, electrical/scrap items, household & office equipment, plant machinery, AC units, panels, compressors, steel, etc.) are offered from various WAPDA locations. Reserve prices and earnest money are specified against each lot in the tender documents.

How to apply/bid:

• Bids must be submitted electronically through the ePADS portal (electronic bids). Manual/hard-copy bids will not be accepted.
• Earnest money (bid security) must be submitted as specified against each lot (in the form instructed in the tender documents).
• Detailed lot descriptions, reserve prices, earnest money amounts, inspection locations and terms are listed against each lot in the full tender document available from WAPDA/ePADS.

Inspection & collection: Inspection of lots and collection conditions are as per locations shown against each lot (respective WAPDA offices, stores and project sites). Successful bidders must remove items per WAPDA terms.
