Divisional Superintendent/Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura invites/re-invites e-bids for multiple repair and small construction works under Composite Schedule Rates–2016 (Workshops Division). Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant Civil category & code), hold valid/active NTN and GST, and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List.
Tender documents are available free of charge from the e-procurement portal (e-procure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online via the E-PADs (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System). Each bid must include a scanned copy of the required Bid Security (CDR or Bank Guarantee). The original Bid Security in the name of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Workshops Pakistan Railways Moghalpura (or in the name of the bidding firm/agency as specified) must be submitted to the office of the Divisional Engineer/Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura as directed in the bidding documents. Bids received on E-PADs will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives at the specified opening time.
