No.	Position (Vacancies)	Key Qualifications / Experience (summary)
1	Senior Evaluation Specialist (1)	Advanced degree in Economics/Econometrics or related discipline; strong methodological background. Experience in impact evaluation: experimental/quasi-causal inference, survey methodology, experimental designs, sampling and power calculations, cost measurement, mixed-methods and effectiveness/integration. Peer-reviewed publications and demonstrated ability to produce reproducible analyses using Stata/R/Python. Understanding of QA, data governance and research QC standards. (Text indicates minimum experience requirement of 18 years.)
2	Procurement / Contract Management Specialist (1)	Relevant degree (HEC recognized) in procurement, supply chain, business or related field. Experience in procurement, contract management and supply chain management for projects; familiarity with IPF/Borrower procurement regulations. 3	Software / Systems Developer & QA Specialist (1)	Experience designing and maintaining software systems, infrastructure and quality assurance processes. Hands-on with MySQL, PHP (Laravel), Flutter and modern frameworks and languages: JavaScript (Next.js, React), Java/Kotlin, Python (FastAPI), Angular; familiarity with SQL and API development. Knowledge of software quality models and standards (ISO, CMMI, 27001). (Text indicates ~5 years of relevant experience.)
