FDE Invitation to e-Bid – Renovation of Science Laboratories in FDE Talented Institutions (Islamabad)

Director (Procurement & Development), Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training invites e-bids from contractors duly enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and holding a valid PEC licence for the following work. Bids must be submitted through the ePADS portal in accordance with the bidding documents and instructions.

Key Instructions & Eligibility

- Only firms fulfilling the criteria mentioned in the bid documents on the ePADS portal (version 2.0) may participate. Manual submissions without ePADS are not acceptable.

- Interested firms must submit both Technical and Financial proposals as per the procedures listed in the RFP.

- Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bid Bond naming the Director (PD), Federal Directorate of Education, Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training. Original CDR must be attached where required; conditional/late/incomplete bids may be rejected.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to increase/decrease quantities or accept/reject any or all bids as per applicable rules and regulations.
