Tender: Construction of Khan Asif Sanirani Complex, Chagai (Dalbandin) — 2026

Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council Chagai. Invitation to bid for construction of a public complex in Dalbandin under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.

Eligibility: Bidders must comply with Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014, be on the Active Tax Payer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and must be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority where required. Minimum turnover requirement: at least 263,366,334 PKR in the three immediately preceding years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) class C-3 or above (up to 500 million) in the relevant category is required.

Important dates: Last date for electronic submission — 2026-09-14 by 11:00 AM. Technical bid opening on the ePPS system at 12:00 AM (as stated in the notice). Financial bid opening on 2026-09-18.
