The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the renovation/revamping of the Pakistan Horticulture Authority building in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above; bidding documents and detailed terms are available on EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). A bid security in the prescribed form (Pay Order, Call Deposit) is required.
Submission must be made via EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-07-27 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Relevant procurement rules and the Grievance Redressal Committee notification are available on the procuring agency and PPRA websites.
