The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above for the procurement of work: "Renovation / Revamping of Pakistan Horticulture Authority, Islamabad." Bid security as specified in the bidding documents is required.
Bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/) and bidders must be registered on EPADS to participate. Submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-07-27 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
