Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the upgradation of 35 existing traffic signal intersections including installation and modernization of 18 pedestrian (Pelican) crossing features at various locations in Islamabad. Procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure via EPADS v2.0.
