Punjab Police CPO Lahore Invites E-Bids for Framework Contracts FY 2026-27

Issuer: Punjab Police Department, Central Police Office (CPO), Lahore. Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids for multiple framework contract packages for FY 2026-27 under open competitive bidding in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Submission method and documents: Tender documents may be downloaded free of cost. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security must be submitted/transferred online through the e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Bidders must register on the e-Procurement portal and ensure timely electronic submission. Incomplete, unsigned, late or incorrectly submitted bids will not be considered. Valid tax registrations and other statutory documents, where applicable, must be submitted with the bid.

Bidding procedure: Tender Nos. 1 to 11 — Single Stage, One Envelope Procedure. Tender Nos. 12 to 14 — Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure. Note that Punjab Police (CPO Complex Lahore) may reject any or all bids as provided under Rule-35(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
