Eligibility and mandatory documents (as stated):
- Firms with experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing works/services registered with PEC in the relevant field are eligible to apply.
- Enlistment with PEC in Category C-2 & above with validity up to June 2027 is required.
- Preferably enlisted with MES in Category A; non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security (refundable).
- Pre-qualification with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi is required.
- No special report of DI&E and no outstanding DI&E recoveries.
- Applicants must furnish work order details, locations and photographs of completed projects, satisfactory completion certificates from the user, list of personnel, bank statement, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years.
Other conditions: Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications in accordance with Para 33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
