Issuer: Gwadar Industrial Estates Development Authority (GIEDA). Reference: AB No.249/24-8-2026.
All industrial and commercial plot allottees of GIEDA who have pending outstanding dues or unpaid installments must clear all outstanding amounts and make their files fully paid within fifteen (15) days from the notice issuance date (issued 2026-08-24; deadline 2026-09-08).
A 5% penalty will be imposed on installments that were not deposited within their prescribed due dates. Failure to clear dues, including the applicable penalty, within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of the allotment/file and re-allotment of the plot in accordance with GIEDA rules and policy.
