Bids must be uploaded through KP-EPADS; original documents and bid security (CDR) must be submitted as required. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1,500 is charged for each package (as stated). Incomplete or late bids will be rejected. Pre-bid meetings will be held at 10:00 Hrs in the Hospital Director's conference room on 2026-09-03, 2026-09-07 and 2026-09-10 for the grouped serial numbers as announced.
