Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Emergency Services Department (Procurement Section, PSS Wing).
Purpose: Open e-tender for supply of surgical and medical consumables for Emergency Services Department. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System as approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
Key instructions: Bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids electronically via the e-Procurement portal. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted in the prescribed form (Call Deposit Receipt, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee) through the e-Procurement system.
