Livelihood Promotion Programme — Tenders for Road, Flood Rehabilitation & Irrigation Works (Balochistan)

Project Director, Livelihood Promotion Programme (LPP) invites electronic bids for works for Year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. Earnest money: 2% in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee. Procurements will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.

Key eligibility and conditions: presence on Active Tax Payer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required; completed assignments of similar nature and turnover/financial capacity details as specified in bidding documents; registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and specialized code as per bidding documents; Green Challan to be deposited in National Bank of Pakistan for each work; Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee @ 2% as bid security. Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Tender documents: can be obtained electronically from www.bpora.gob.pk and viewed at www.bppra.gob.pk. Last date and time for electronic bid submission: 2026-09-18 by 10:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening: 2026-09-18 at 11:00 AM.

Bid security: 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee/Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. Green Challan as shown against each work to be deposited in National Bank of Pakistan.
