Abdul Ghafoor Niazi University, Sargodha (chartered by the Government of Punjab and accredited by HEC) invites applications for senior management positions. Only candidates meeting HEC and regulatory requirements with relevant hands-on experience are eligible to apply.

| Registrar | PhD preferred OR Master's from an HEC-recognized institution with at least 10 years of experience in academic administration, including 5 years as Registrar/Additional Registrar. |
| Controller of Examinations | Master's degree from an institute/university recognized by HEC with at least 10 years of experience in administration systems in a university or Degree Awarding Institute (DAI) recognized by HEC. |
| Director, Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) | PhD preferred OR Master's with national/international QEC certification. PhD: at least 10 years experience including 5 years as QEC Director; Master's: 15 years of experience with at least 10 years as QEC Director. |
| Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | CA/ICMA/ACCA or MPhil/MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university with 10–15 years' experience in finance, budgeting, accounts & audit; preferably experience in public sector/educational organizations. |
