Procurement procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelope bidding. Joint ventures (JV) are not permissible. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA) of Government of Balochistan.
Eligibility / required documents (as stated):
- Minimum 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity.
- Turnover at least PKR 3,000,000.
- Presence on the Active Tax Payers List and valid Sales Tax certificate.
- The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
- Samples (Make-up kit and other items) must be shown to the Procurement Committee for quality verification.
Bid security must accompany the bid as Deposit at Call (2%) in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. If bid security is not provided as required, the bid will be declared non-responsive.
