Tender document purchase & submission:
- Tender documents may be purchased from Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore up to one working day before the opening date (1100–1230 hrs) for international tenders. Local tenders can be obtained/submitted via EPADS and PPRA website.
- All tenders will close at 1430 hrs and be opened at 1500 hrs on the dates shown (except where specific closing/opening times are indicated above).
- Local suppliers must submit copies of valid Sales Tax registration, Income Tax and latest Professional Tax certificates when purchasing documents.
Fees, bid security & submission requirements:
- International tender fee: Rs.2,500 (non-refundable) payable by Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of SNGPL.
- Bid security: 2% of estimated value (excluding GST) as specified in tender documents.
- Local tenders: submit bids on EPADS and also submit an Original/Duplicate printed set of the bid quoted on EPADS plus the original bid bond before the closing time/date.
