Prequalification Tender FY 2026-27 — Repair, Maintenance and Tyre Procurement — Federal Government Organization, Lahore

Issuer: Federal Government Organization (FGO), Punjab, Lahore. Invitation for prequalification of firms/workshops/suppliers/contractors for Financial Year 2026-27. Prequalification will be conducted separately for each listed category through EPADS 2.0 under Open Framework Agreement (Rule 16-A, PPRA Rules 2004).

Eligibility: Firms/workshops/suppliers/contractors registered on EPADS 2.0 and with FBR; possessing NTN, GST, Vendor Number and active taxpayer status as required.

Important conditions: All applicable taxes will be deducted as per Pakistani tax law. Successful pre-qualified bidders must furnish a security deposit/performance guarantee equal to 3% of total estimates in the form of pay order/bank draft in favor of DDO, PPHQ Lahore; this will be refunded on expiry of the contract. E-bids must be uploaded on EPADS 2.0 and attested hard copies in sealed envelopes must reach the given address by the stated closing date/time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
