Pakistan Railways Invitation to Bid via ePADS — Tender No. 17/0013/00-0/1-2026 for SS Round & Misc. Items (28 items)

Issuer: Pakistan Railways, Chief Controller of Purchase, Headquarters Office, Lahore. Competitive sealed bids are invited through the ePADS v2.0 electronic procurement system for supply of items described below. Procurement will follow Public Procurement Rules and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique where applicable. • All bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 prior to submission. Non-registered bidders should register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
• Bid security is mandatory and must be submitted in the form specified in the bidding documents (examples cited include Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee).
• Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. E-bids must be prepared in accordance with ePADS instructions and uploaded before the deadline; late submissions will be rejected.
