Adamjee Insurance Sealed-Bid Sale of 38 Salvage Vehicles — Bid Deadline 2026-09-10

Adamjee Insurance invites sealed bids for the sale of 38 salvage/company-maintained vehicles on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Vehicles may be inspected between 09:00 and 17:00 at 1-A, Gulberg, Lahore. Reserve price will be displayed on each vehicle.

Inspection & submission: Inspection location: 1-A Gulberg, Lahore (contact: 0333-4098124). Last date for submission of bids: 2026-09-10. Payment and document collection must be completed by the stipulated last date of payment; vehicles must be transferred to the buyer/nominee before delivery.

Payment, deposit & fees: A refundable token deposit of Rs. 40,000 per vehicle is required (refundable if bid unsuccessful; adjusted against sale price if successful). Token will be confiscated if the successful bidder fails to make payment by the stipulated date. Successful bidders must pay by payorder(s). All transfer charges, taxes and duties levied by government departments are to be borne by the buyer.

Taxes: Withholding tax: 10% (filer) / 20% (non-filer) on the offered price. Capital Value Tax (CVT) @ 01% of the amount (amount as described in the sale terms) — vehicles with displacement of 1300 cc and below are excluded from CVT.

Important conditions: Bidders must examine vehicle files/documents prior to bidding. Overwriting or cutting on bids will lead to rejection. The company reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning a reason.
