Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority E-Procurement Tender for Construction of Sahulat Bazaars (Packages A–E)

Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA) invites electronic bids (e-procurement) for the construction and establishment of Sahulat Bazaars across multiple districts in Punjab. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and use the Single Stage–Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure.

Key actions and dates

Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Submission deadline: 2026-09-01 by 09:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-25 at 11:00 AM. Tender documents and detailed package information are available on PPRA and the Punjab e-procurement website.

Submission & eligibility

Only bidders duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities may submit bids. Bidders must follow e-procurement registration and submission procedures and provide the required bid security as per the tender documents.
