The Bank of Punjab (BOP) invites applications for the position of Unit Head, Central & North Litigation (Legal Group) to manage and oversee the Bank’s litigation portfolio and legal strategy. Applications are accepted online through the BOP careers portal by the closing date below.

Key responsibilities include: overseeing the litigation portfolio across business units (e.g., SME, RFD, ACD, HRG), vetting pleadings and petitions (e.g., plaints, CPLA, CP, appeals), representing the Bank before courts and quasi-judicial forums, supervising external counsels and issuance of POAs, providing legal guidance to internal teams, facilitating settlements within legal framework, liaising with business units to secure documents and instructions, and recommending lawyers for empanelment.
