| HVAC Engineer | B.Sc. Engineering or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical. 05–08 years relevant experience. | Operation & maintenance of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, refrigeration). Strong supervisory, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, communication and coordination skills. |
| AC Technician / AC Mechanic | Three-year DAE (HVACR). Minimum 03 years relevant experience. | Hands-on repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of ice machines, walk-in chillers, freezers, package AC units, split ACs. Preferably experience in 5-star hotel or club. |
| Chiller Operator / Pool Plant Operator / Generator Operator | Three-year DAE in related technical discipline. Minimum 03 years relevant experience. | Operation and maintenance of chillers/pool plant/generators in large facilities; preferably in a 5-star hotel, club or similar. |
| Kitchen Technician / General Mechanic | Three-year diploma of Associate Engineering in Mechanical or equivalent. Minimum 05 years experience. | Repair and maintenance of ovens, dishwashing machines, deep fryers, burners, hot plates, laundry machines (dryers & spinners) and other kitchen equipment. |
| Gardener (Mali) | Relevant experience 02–03 years in a reputable organization. | Maintain gardens, lawns, plants, trees and landscaped areas; good knowledge of general gardening and landscaping practices. |
| Waiter / Hostess / Bus Boy | Minimum qualification: F.A. 01–02 years experience in a reputed organization or hotel. | Excellent guest handling and communication skills. |
| Driver | Minimum qualification stated. 03–05 years driving experience. | Valid LTV/HTV license, good knowledge of traffic regulations and local routes. |
