WSSP E-Tender: Hiring Manpower for Solid Waste & Wastewater Management (Zones A–E)

Issuer: Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. WSSP invites e-tenders (single stage two-envelope, KPPRA Rules 2014) for hiring firms/labor-providing companies to supply skilled and unskilled manpower for solid waste and wastewater management on a contractual/need basis within WSSP Zones A, B, C, D and E. Only firms registered with tax authorities and having active tax status (ATL) are eligible; firms must register on KPRA if not already registered.

Key dates and fees:

- Bid submission deadline (technical bids on EPADS): 2026-09-16 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids on EPADS will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. - Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-08 at 03:00 PM at WSSP Conference Room. - Tender deposit / non-refundable fee: PKR 3,000 (deposit slip must be submitted before closing along with CDR). - Bid security: 2% of the bid price in the form of CDR in favor of "WSSP Contractor Securities" (original CDR must be submitted in sealed envelope to WSSP office before closing).

Submission method and portal:

- Firms must register and upload bids on the KP e-procurement system (EPADS) prior to bid submission. (EPADS supplier registration link provided in the tender notice.) - Uploaded technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial bids of technically responsive firms will be opened publicly at the notified time and venue. - Hard copy/original CDR and deposit slip must be submitted to WSSP before bid closing as specified in the tender conditions.

- Subcontracting or subletting of services is not allowed. Non-compliant or incomplete submissions may be rejected. All taxes/duties/stamps as per government rules are recoverable from awarded firms. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject/cancel any or all tenders.
