Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) — PMU invites sealed e-bids for civil works for the construction of a 132 kV Grid Station at DHA Phase VII (NCB-244). Procurement will follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and uses Single-Stage One-Envelope with Least Cost Selection (LCS) technique.
