The Court of Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling), Karachi, has issued a proclamation in Case No. 250/2023 (FIR No. 17/2023-R&D (East)) requiring the appearance of the accused.
Accused Fida Hussain, manager of M/s. Tabish Steel Furnace of Gali No. 2, Mohalla Ghani Town, Sheikhupura Road, Lahore, is alleged to have committed offences under the Customs Act, 1969. He is directed to appear before the court on 13 July 2026 at 8:30 a.m. The proclamation, dated 2 June 2026, states the accused is believed to be absconding.
