The Court of the Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling), Karachi issues a proclamation requiring the appearance of Fida Hussain, Manager of M/s. Tabish Steel Furnace (Gali No. 2, Mohalla Ghani Town, Sheikhupura Road, Lahore), in Case No. 250/2023 (F.I.R. No. 17/2023-R&D (East)). The accused is alleged to have committed offences under the Customs Act, 1969; a warrant of arrest was issued and the accused is reported to be absconding.
Fida Hussain is required to appear before the Court on 13 July 2026 at 8:30 a.m. at Block No. 51, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi. The proclamation was issued by the Special Judge and dated 2 June 2026.
