Tender: Road Construction & Flood Protection Works in Qilla Saifullah (Zhob Division) — Balochistan

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Zhob Division. Invitation for sealed tenders for two civil works packages under PSDP. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014 (amended).

Eligibility & mandatory requirements: valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration (duly renewed) — category C-6 or above with the relevant specialized code; registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority; valid Income Tax registration and presence on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (ATL); minimum turnover for the last three years; completion of at least three assignments of similar nature. Bidders must provide bid security of 3% of the bid amount as Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

Method of procurement: Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the BPPRA website at www.bopra.org.pk. Tender processing fee: Rs. 2,000/- & Rs. 2,500/- (each tender fee) to be deposited in government treasury under head C-03870 through Green Challan at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).

Submission & opening: Submit sealed bids by 2026-09-10 no later than 09:00 AM. Tenders will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM in the office of the Director (Works), Urban Planning & Development Department, Zarghoon Road, Quetta. Bid validity: 90 days.
