Tender: WSS Solar Systems & Drain/Tuff Tile Works — Urban Planning & Development Department, Quetta

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Quetta Division, Quetta.

The Executive Engineer invites electronic bids for the execution of the following works under Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan.

Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website (www.bppra.org.pk). Tender processing fee of Rs. 2,500 and tender fee of Rs. 3,000 must be deposited in the government treasury under head C-03870 through Green Challan at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).

Basic eligibility: Firms/contractors must have valid and up-to-date Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category and specialization codes. Single-entity firms must have PEC Category C-4 or above with relevant specialization code. Firms must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and be on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Turnover requirement: at least for the last three years. The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature.

Bid security: 3% of the bid in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Other mandatory conditions and detailed criteria are in the bidding documents.

Submission: Bids shall be submitted electronically only via the supplier dashboard. Last date for electronic submission: 2026-09-09 by 09:00 AM. Tender opening: same day at 10:00 PM on the EPPS system.

Place of issuance and submission: Office of the Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Quetta Division, Quetta. Bid validity: 90 days.
