Tender Notice — Construction & Renovation Works, District Gwadar (2026)

Issuer: Executive Engineer - Buildings, CWPP&H Department, District Gwadar (Balochistan Special Development Initiative Phase-III).

Scope: E-bids are invited for the execution of the following construction/renovation works for 2026 under Composite Schedule Rates — Percentage Rates.

Procurement rules: Purchases will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Bidding procedure: Single Stage One Envelope. E-bids only — all bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (GOV).

Eligibility: Presence on Active Tax Payer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required. The bidding firm must have completed three assignments of similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity with turnover of at least 70% for each work in two preceding years.

Bid security: 2% of the bid amount in the form of Bank Guarantee / Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.

Tender documents: Available from the Office of the Executive Engineer Buildings from date of publication until 2026-09-09 during office hours. Submission: Tenders must be submitted (e-bids) by 2026-09-09 at 11:30 AM. Opening: Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the undersigned.
