National Highway Authority (Balochistan West‑Makran Region, Gwadar) invites re-submission of e-bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for routine maintenance packages on N‑85. Bidding procedure is Single Stage – Two Envelope. Bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer’s estimate must be submitted in favour of "National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund–Security Deposit/RMA)".
Key submission information: e-bids must be submitted online and will be received until 1100 hours on 2026-10-29. Technical e-bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders. Bidding documents and conditions are available on the NHA website and PPRA portals. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
