IDAP Pre-Qualification Notice for General Contractor — Center of Excellence for Nursing Education & Midwifery, Lahore

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). Purpose: Pre-qualification (PQ) of general contractors for construction and infrastructure works for the Center of Excellence for Nursing Education & Midwifery (Nawaz Sharif Medical District), Lahore.

Scope: Construction of buildings and infrastructure development including civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical & fire-fighting works, external development works and deployment of all necessary material, labour, formwork, tools & machinery.

Eligibility & application method: Interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible to participate. PQ Document / PQ Notice containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for registered applicants on the Punjab e-Procurement System at eproc.punjab.gov.pk and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx. Responses must be submitted exclusively through the e-Procurement System.

Submission & opening: PQ proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 08 September 2026 by 03:00 PM. Pre-qualification proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Any proposal received through any mode other than the e-Procurement System will not be considered. If the last date for submission is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
