Public Auction: Sale of Unserviceable/Scrap Items — Agriculture Extension Center Hyderabad

The Agriculture Extension Center, Hyderabad (Information Department reference INF-KRY/3675/2026) invites sealed bids for the public auction/sale of unserviceable and scrap items. Bids will be received during the advertised period and will be opened in the office of the Director Training. Successful bidders must comply with deposit and removal conditions described below.

Bids/applications will be received from 2026-08-24 until the closing date 2026-09-08. Sealed bids will be opened on 2026-09-17 at 12:00 PM in the office of the Director Training.

Earnest money / deposits: A bid security/earnest money of PKR 5,000 (as specified) must accompany each bid. The successful bidder shall pay 25% of the awarded amount immediately and the remaining 75% before removal/delivery of the items.

Other terms: Applicable taxes/deductions will be made as per rules. Removal of lots must be completed as per conditions set by the issuing office. The administration reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per rules.
