Tender: Supply of Notebooks, Registers, Paper Reams & Stationery — Daanish Schools (D.G. Khan)

Principals, Daanish School (Boys & Girls) IPL-8308, D.G. Khan invite sealed bids for procurement of notebooks, registers, paper reams and stationery items under framework contract for financial year 2026-27 from experienced and financially sound enterprises registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Key instructions: Documents are available on the PPRA website and Punjab e-procurement portal. Bidders must submit single-stage two-envelope bids including technical and financial bids. Participation through the Punjab e-procurement portal is compulsory for all interested bidders.

Deadlines and opening: Last date for submission is 2026-08-28 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day (2026-08-28) at 10:30 AM in the Conference Room of Daanish School (Boys) D.G. Khan. The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.

Eligibility & documents: Only experienced and financially sound firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments may apply. Bid security @1% of the estimated price is required as per EP Punjab requirements.
