Tender: Construction of Bitumen Road from Bab-e-Chori to Gowari Zai Khaliqabad — District Kalat

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Roads CWPP&H Department, District Kalat.

Sealed bids are invited from eligible contractors/firms under BPPRA rules for the construction of a bitumen (bit) road. Bids must demonstrate eligibility and qualification as stated in the bidding documents. Bid security, tender fee, bid validity, submission and opening procedures and timings are specified below.

Submission method: Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked with the work title and type of proposal. Envelopes must be delivered by hand or through registered mail to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Roads CWPP&H Department, District Kalat.

Bid opening: Technical envelopes will be opened first; financial envelopes of technically responsive/qualified bidders will be opened on the same date. Bids must be valid for 90 days.
