GIKI Tender: Supply & Installation of 4-Ton, 2-Ton and 1.5-Ton AC Units — Tender #GIKI/PO/MC-FCSE-1150/26

Issuer: Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI). Single Stage One Envelope sealed bids are invited from registered authorized dealers, distributors or manufacturers (registered with tax authorities) for supply and complete installation (including cables and other allied items) of DC Inverter air conditioners.

Fees & security: Tender fee (non-refundable) Rs. 2,000. Sealed bids must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total bid cost.

Submission & opening: Bids should reach the Assistant Director Procurement, GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi (KP) by 1500 Hours on 2026-09-04. Proposals will be opened in the presence of available bidders at 1530 Hours on the same day.

Important notes: Site visit is required to assess installation requirements including cable lengths, routing and other allied items necessary for proper quotation and completion of work. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
