Issuing agency: Punjab Forensic Science Authority (Home Department), Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. Single-stage two-envelope e-procurement is invited from sales tax, income tax and PRA-registered firms for supply of laboratory consumables, kits and related items for various FSA sections.
Submission & eligibility: Registered firms must apply through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Tender documents, terms & conditions and submission procedure are available on the Punjab e-Procurement site and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Bids must follow the Tender Notice / Tender Document instructions and PPRA rules. The procuring agency may reject any or all proposals as per Rule–35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Deadline & opening: Bids must be submitted via Punjab e-Procurement by 2026-09-22 no later than 11:00 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day on e-Procurement at 11:30 hours. If the last date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission, as per the notice.
