Issuer: National Tariff Commission (Government of Pakistan). The Commission has initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duties imposed on dumped imports of cold-rolled steel coils/sheets (CR Coils/Sheets) originating in and/or exported from Chinese Taipei, the European Union, the Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Application & applicants: The review was initiated following an application received on 2026-06-30 from M/s Aisha Steel Mills Limited, Karachi and M/s International Steels Limited, Karachi (the domestic producers / applicants).
Scope & product description: The product under review is cold-reduced (cold-rolled) flat steel products (cold-rolled steel coils/sheets), typically 0.15 mm to 3.00 mm thickness and up to 1250 mm width, prime and secondary quality, in coils or slit-to-length sheets. Tin Mill Black Plate (TMBP) of thickness 0.3 mm or less is specifically included (PCT Code 7209.1891). The original anti-dumping measures were published on 2016-05-21.
Review period and basis: The review will consider information for the period 2023-04-01 to 2026-03-31. The Commission will examine whether expiry of the anti-dumping duties would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury to the domestic industry.
