Issuer: Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD), Government of the Punjab.
Purpose: Pre-qualification of national/local firms for design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of an integrated vehicle emission scanning & monitoring system and associated infrastructure.
Eligibility & Conditions: Applicants must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and comply with applicable tax/registration authorities. Joint ventures/consortia are permitted. The Pre-Qualification process will be conducted online under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pre-qualification documents and detailed requirements are available on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
