Executive Engineer – Roads, CW PP&H Department, District Surab invites electronic bids for construction works for the year 2026 under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules–2014.

Eligibility and key conditions:

• Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA is mandatory.
• Firm must be on Active Taxpayer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-3 or above (up to 500 million) in the relevant category; specialized code CE02 (roads and pavements; drainage & retaining structure).
• Experience: bidder must have completed similar assignments (three assignments of similar nature is stated).
• Turnover / financial capacity requirements are stated in the bidding documents; CDR 2% and green challan must reach the Executive Engineer’s office within 3 days after bid submission.
• Bid security must be in the name of the undersigned and issued by a scheduled bank.
• Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Bidding documents can be obtained and bids submitted electronically through the E-Procurement / EPPS system. Bid submission deadline is 2026-09-15 by 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM.
