Eligibility requirements (as stated): registration with FBR for Income Tax and BRA and presence on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL); registration with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm; not blacklisted by any procuring agency; completion of at least one MHVRA assignment in Balochistan; three assignments of similar nature and complexity and aggregate turnover of at least 49,500,000 in three previous years. Bidders must upload original supporting documents and attach the required bid security.
Financial proposals will be opened only for consultants whose technical proposals are approved. Selection will follow the evaluation criteria in the RFP document. RFP documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website.
