FIEDMC Revised Open Public Auction — Disposal of Used Official Vehicles (Sealed Bids by 2020-09-15)

Issuer: Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC).

Purpose: Revised open public auction for disposal of used official vehicles owned by FIEDMC. Sealed bids are invited for the vehicles listed in the notice.

How to apply/bid: Submit sealed bids to the FIEDMC Site Office, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahiwal Interchange, Tehsil Chak Jhumra, Faisalabad. Sealed bids must be submitted by Tuesday, 15 September 2020 up to 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.

Inspection & collection of bid documents: Vehicles may be inspected on working days during office hours. Bid submission forms and further information are available from the FIEDMC office during office hours, Monday to Friday.

Bid security / token payment: A token/earnest money equal to 5% of the reserve price is required with each bid. Token money should be submitted as specified in the notice (pay order/call deposit or other acceptable instrument in favour of FIEDMC as directed).

Payment & award: Successful bidders must comply with payment formalities and documentation as per FIEDMC terms and conditions published in the notice. FIEDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per applicable rules.

Items on offer (types): The auction includes a range of used official vehicles including Toyota Corolla Altis, multiple Suzuki Cultus units, Suzuki Carry vans, Suzuki Mehran cars and motorcycles. Important notes: Bidders must submit required identification and documentary evidence as required by FIEDMC. All vehicles are offered on an "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" and "with all faults" basis.
