Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites sealed bids through the e-Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure for procurement of laboratory equipment for multiple departments and research projects. Eligible firms registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) may submit bids via EPADS.
Key submission requirements: bids must be submitted on EPADS; bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (Call Deposit Receipt) equal to 2% of the quoted bid price in favour of the Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan; a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 is required (Demand Draft/Pay Order). Scanned documents must be uploaded to EPADS and the original Demand Draft and CDR must be delivered to the Procurement Office prior to the technical bid opening.
