Tender: License for Main Canteen & 12 Shops — University of Agriculture Peshawar

Issuer: Directorate of Administration, The University of Agriculture, Peshawar. Sealed bids are invited for grant of license for operation, management and maintenance of the Main Canteen and Shops (12 Nos) on monthly rent fee basis.

Key conditions: bidders must submit an affidavit in original confirming non-blacklisting/bankruptcy; possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN); have relevant experience in canteen/cafeteria/restaurant or similar food service operation; comply with applicable food safety, hygiene and health regulations. Original bid fee receipt Rs.2,000/- per form and CDR must be submitted. Bid security in shape of call deposit in the name of Treasurer, University of Agriculture, Peshawar (Account No. PK26KHYB5317003007797396, The Bank of Khyber, University of Peshawar, University Campus Branch, Peshawar) shall be submitted in a separate envelope to the undersigned. Submission method: sealed bids with required originals in separate envelopes; submit to the Directorate/undersigned at the University. The license will be awarded to the highest evaluated responsive bidder meeting eligibility and terms. The University reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and cancel the process according to applicable rules.
