The Court of the Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling-I), Karachi, has issued a proclamation requiring the appearance of Abdur Rehman, Import Manager of M/s. Global International (Office No. 504, 5th Floor, Hussain Centre, New Challi, Karachi), in relation to alleged offences under the Customs Act, 1969 (sections 16, 32(1), 32(A), 26, 79(1), 155M, 192, 209 and 166).
The accused is required to appear before the Court at Block No. 51, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi on 2026-07-13 at 8:30 a.m.. Case No. 245/2023, FIR No. 12/2023-R&D-WEST.
