Invitation to Bids — Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines & Medical Items, DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib

Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib invites bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for a framework contract for local purchase of medicines, surgical & disposable items and medical devices (including dialysis medicines / Zakat medicines).

Key instructions and conditions:

- Bidding documents may be downloaded from the PPRA website and the Punjab E-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

- Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement System by the stated closing date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted. If the closing day is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as closing date.

- Bidders shall submit a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of CDR/Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in favor of Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib. The bid security will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after finalization. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the total contract value in the shape of CDR/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee, refundable on successful completion of contract obligations.

- All required forms and tables in the bidding documents must be completed, signed and stamped prior to submission. Bidders must follow rules and procedures of the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA regulations.

- Bids will be opened in the office of the Medical Superintendent by the tender opening committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the published opening time.
