The Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling), Karachi has issued a proclamation requiring accused Fida Hussain, Manager of Tabish Steel Furnace, Gali No. 2, Mohalla Ghani Town, Sheikhupura Road, Lahore, to appear in Case No. 250/2023 (F.I.R. No: 17/2023-R&D (East)) to answer offences alleged under the Customs Act, 1969. The investigation officer is Naqeebullah.
The accused is reported to be absconding and a warrant of arrest has been issued; he is required to appear before the court on 13 July 2026 at 8:30 a.m. The proclamation is dated 2 June 2026.
