This public notice lists mandatory fire and life-safety measures for buildings and warns owners of liability for non-compliance. Building owners and managers should ensure these systems, equipment and access provisions are in place, maintained and tested regularly.

| Smoke & Flame Detection / IR Cameras / Alarm System | Install in all common areas and corridors with uninterrupted power supply and 24/7 surveillance by trained safety & security staff. |
| Fire Alarm System (Audible & Visual) | Provide manual pull stations or push-button call points near exits. |
| Internal Stand Pipe System (Wet Riser) | Provide on each floor with 2.5" diameter coupling and 1.5" hose with nozzle. |
| Automatic Sprinkler System | Install in all spaces containing combustible material. |
| Fire Dampers in HVAC | Install dampers and insulate ducts with fire-retardant materials. |
| First Aid & Escape Equipment | Provide a first aid box and two fire-escape masks at each floor entrance, security posts, reception or nursing stations. |
| Owner Liability | In case of non-compliance, the owner shall be liable for any loss of life or property. |
