Auction Notice — National Defence University (Islamabad) — Vehicles Auction on 2025-09-17

Issuer: National Defence University (NDU), Faculty of Contemporary Studies (FCS). Auction of used university vehicles on an “as is where is” basis.

Auction date & time: 12:30 hrs on 17 Sep 2025 at National Defence University, Islamabad.

Inspection: Vehicles inspection period from 14 Sep to 15 Sep 2026, 1000 hrs to 1500 hrs at the address below.

Key terms and conditions:

• A refundable/adjustable deposit of Rs. 40,000 per vehicle is required in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of National Defence University, Islamabad as earnest money before the auction.
• The successful bidder must deposit the balance amount within six (06) working days of the auction; failure to do so will lead to forfeiture of earnest money. Earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders within seven (07) working days of final acceptance of auction bids.
• Successful bidders shall pay all applicable government taxes and transfer charges in addition to the bid amount.
• Each bidder must bring original CNIC to participate. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
• Transfer of ownership documents will be issued in the name of the successful bidder only, based on the submitted copy of CNIC; open transfer letters will not be entertained.
• Vehicles and their documents will be handed over after completion of official and legal formalities.
• If the auction day is a holiday or closed for any reason, the auction will be held on the next working day at the same time.
• NDU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
