RFP TSE-2627091184724: Hiring of Consultancy Services for MHVRAIN Balochistan

Electronic Request for Proposal (RFP) for selection of consultancy services for "HIRING OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR MHVRAIN BALOCHISTAN". Only electronic bids via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) will be accepted; no physical bids.

Key eligibility and requirements include registration with FBR for Income Tax and BRA and presence on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL); registration with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm; the firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency; completion of at least one relevant MHVRA assignment in Balochistan; and minimum turnover of 49,500,000 (currency as indicated in the notice) in three previous years.
